The year 2012 was spent on survey, research and investigation. We took time to look into and study nursing care service, service for healthy individuals, daycare service, rental housing and condominiums for the elderly, home healthcare and other facilities and systems. We sought opinions and advice from regional government agencies, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and legislative agencies. 
　In 2013, we will begin specific planning for housing, playground, joint use structures, healthcare and research study systems, with specific considerations given to building design, model homes, and the introduction of solar power.
　Applications will be accepted from 2014. In order to continue examining resident comfort and the on-going process of setting up a system of personalized medical and healthcare services, 30 residents will be accepted in 2014. We hope to accept 300 residents in 2015. The fee structure and the application guidelines are scheduled to be completed in 2013.
